Wedding breakfast Minimum 30 - Maximum 100 (using dining room) (130 using extra marquee)
Evening Reception Minimum 70 - Maximum 130 (assuming Exclusive Use has been paid for)

Please book your own favorite band or disco but please keep us informed so we can allocate space.
If you do not wish to have an evening reception, then you need to vacate the dining room by 5.30pm so that we can lay up dinner for our residents.
It is a condition of exclusive use that you have a minimum of 70 buffets in the evening @ £12 each.
A deposit of £1,000 is required to secure a booking. A credit card number will also be requested to guarantee the balance.
75% of the agreed total should be paid 1 month before the wedding with the balance paid 1 week in advance.
1 month 75%
2 months 50%
3 months £1,000 deposit
The Old Manor Hotel will endeavor to hold prices but we reserve the right to raise them.
However, prices agreed at the time of booking will be honored.
The bar will be open until 12 Midnight
An extension is available for £100 to 1 am
The disco or band must finish at 12 Midnight. (no extension is possible)
Afternoon only weddings must vacate the dining room by 5.30pm
The Old Manor Hotel does not hold a Civil Wedding License but there are a couple of very good places nearby that hold civil ceremonies.
At Bradford on Avon there is the Tithe Barn Complex where up to 60 guests can be accommodated (01225 866 551).
Another fine venue is the Guildhall in Bath www.bathnes.gov.uk
