The Old Manor garden has been described as wild and honest. With our passion for the traditional Old English Garden and home grown herbs, we and some friends have designed a range of body treatments to help enhance your countryside experience with us.
To further underline the regions credentials, we have asked Herbs on the Hill from Frome Somerset, to help us with the products and oils to support our range of treatments to you. Information about the products can be explored in more detail at reception.
We use one of our garden bedroom suites as a treatment room and invite you to choose a treatment from the list below. To avoid disappointment please enquire with reception regarding availability before you stay.
Aromatic oils used in the therapies are selected with you in mind. Your fully trained therapist will advise on which therapy oils would be suitable for your mood or circumstance during the consultation.
We use delicious oils and scrubs from Herbs on the Hill, infused with a range of organic essential oils. From Orange & Cinnamon: Wild Lavender & Clary Sage to a Heavenly Relaxation oil containing Ylang Ylang: Jasmine: Sweet orange & Patchouli.
Please make your way to hotel reception 15 minutes before your appointed time and make sure you have contacted our team on reception@oldmanorhotel.com with a copy of the completed Old Manor Treatment Consultation doc prior to the day.

Executive / Indian Head Massage
Everyday stress can cause a tremendous build up of muscle tension in the head, neck, shoulders & jaw. This tension often goes unnoticed until it manifests itself into headaches, muscle spasms and insomnia. Also known as Indian Head Massage, the Executive Head Massage is a surprisingly relaxing treatment.
What to Expect:
The Head Massage usually includes all areas of the head including the scalp, forehead, temples and sometimes the jaw. The head massage also attends to the muscles of the neck, upper back and shoulders. The massage involves circular movements from the therapist’s fingers and palm as well as kneading and squeezing of the neck and shoulder muscles. Oils are optional.
Benefits:
The Executive Head Massage will leave the client feeling calm and centred with a feeling of overall wellbeing. The massage can often bring immediate relief from symptoms of physical and emotional stress. The head massage helps to improve circulation to the head and brain and assists in the removal of toxins. It is also said to improve hair growth and condition. For anyone trying to solve a complex work problem the mental relaxation can also create the conditions to stimulate oxygen to the brain. (60 mins) £65
