The recently appointed Head Chef, Matthew Briddon, has put The Milking Parlour firmly on the culinary map. Matthew comes with over 10 years experience in some of the top UK kitchens.
He trained at River Cafe and then honed his skills working as sous chef for the Michelin starred Heathcote’s Restaurant. He was quickly promoted to Head Chef where he ran the kitchen of this busy award winning restaurant.
Matthew then took on the challenge turning The Tavern on the Bay in Anglesey into an award winning destination restaurant which gained notoriety on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch in August 2013.
