New Year’s Eve Ball at The Old Manor

New Year’s Eve at The Old Manor is going to be rather special this year…

The dress code is black tie / lounge suits. Set in the Milking Parlour which will be transformed into a dinner and dancing venue. Everyone will be seated on round tables and served a delicious 5 course menu. If you are just a couple you will be sat with other couples making what we hope will be a party to remember.

We are very excited to have confirmed The Hipcats quintet, one of the UK’s top jazz and swing bands, who will be playing live music from the american song book. Following this will be a fireworks display and then a disco taking us into the small hours on the morning.

All you need to do is sit back and enjoy five wonderful courses from our Head Chef Matthew Briddon who has created a New Year’s Eve Menu that harks back to his time at the Michelin starred Heathcotes Restaurant. Be prepared for some truly delicious food from one of the UK’s top chefs. Half a bottle of wine is also included in the meal.

Amuse-bouche

Carpaccio of cured, salt baked and pickled beetroot, whipped goats cheese and apple balsamic cream with charred baby leek salad

Hay smoked salmon, oak smoked potato and horseradish pancake, caviar crème fraiche

Black treacle cured fillet of beef, braised beef cheek bom bom, wilted spinach with potato and cep puree, port-truffle jus

Dark chocolate tart, salted caramel ice cream, chocolate rice pudding doughnut

We very much hope you will join us for what we think it going to be a fantastic New Year Eve at The Old Manor Hotel!
